For reals though. Everyday I think... what is one thing I can do today to make me a happier, more confident me. Even if it’s something so small, at least I am working towards loving myself everyday.
Our minds naturally want to be hard on ourselves, critical of the things we do, and is more inclined to be negative. So we have to work hard. Hard at being positive. Hard at switching our mindset to more gratitude. Having a happiness mindset is a habit you have to practice and create... it won’t come overnight.
So knowing that, what are you going to do for yourself today to make you a better you for tomorrow?
